Introduction of planned property maintenance programmes
New estate office and updated management, including computerised property management systems, financial reporting, HR and administration
Rejuvenation of woodland management including a biomass project and a 20 year forest plan
Development of new enterprises including a winery, a community conservation scheme and an open air event for 15,000 people.
